About Modelsider
Modelsider collects anonymous ratings from working models about the agencies that represent them, and publishes them so the next model knows what she is signing.
Why it exists
A model signs a two- or three-year contract with almost no information: no salary data, no payment history, no way to ask the models who came before her. Agencies know everything about her; she knows a website and a meeting. Modelsider closes that gap from the only side that has the answers — the models themselves.
How the ratings work
Only models who worked there
A rating can be left only for an agency the model was actually represented by, and only once.
Eight things get scored
Professionalism, respect and care, career development, payments on time, portfolio work, fair expenses, happy to work with, apartment conditions.
Anonymous by default
Nothing identifying a model is ever published, and agencies cannot see who rated them.
Aggregate on the web
Public pages show averaged scores only. The full breakdown lives in the app, for models.
